Exciting News: Bailey’s Puppies Are Almost Here!

We’re thrilled to share that our sweet Bailey, our beautiful AKC longhaired miniature Dachshund, is just 10 days away from welcoming her next litter of puppies!

Bailey has handled her pregnancy like a champ so far. She’s been calm, affectionate, and just a little extra cuddly lately—which we’re certainly not complaining about! At her recent vet visit, we got to see the tiny silhouettes of her puppies on an X-ray. It was such a heartwarming moment to count the little spines and imagine the wiggly pups that will soon be joining us.

To support her and the growing babies, Bailey has been on a special nutrition plan tailored for expecting moms. She’s enjoying a diet rich in protein, calcium and essential nutrients to keep her strong and healthy during these final days. We’re also keeping her well-hydrated and making sure she gets plenty of rest.

One of the most endearing signs that delivery is near is Bailey’s nesting behavior. She’s been fluffing up her bedding, rearranging blankets, and seeking out cozy corners—her natural instincts are kicking in, and she’s clearly getting everything just right for her soon-to-arrive little ones.
